YANG BERHORMAT PEHIN ORANG KAYA JOHAN PAHLAWAN DATO SERI SETIA AWANG HAJI ADANAN BIN BEGAWAN PEHIN SIRAJA KHATIB DATO SERI SETIA HAJI MD. YUSOF meminta MENTERI DI JABATAN PERDANA MENTERI menyatakan sejauh manakah Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA) dan agensi-agensi berkepentingan menerapkan, menyebarluaskan dan menghayati kefahaman prinsip Maqasid Syariah sebagai etika kerja perkhidmatan awam?

Yang Berhormat Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri​

Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA) menawarkan lima program tahunan lain berbentuk program penuh dan juga berbentuk modul di dalam program iaitu Program 'Urustadbir Islam' yang berkait rapat dengan Maqasid Syariah; Modul 'Islamic Governance' dalam Program Induksi Perkhidmatan Awam; Modul 'Applying Maqasid Syariah into Leadership Role' dalam Program Flagship iaitu Program Pembangunan Eksekutif Pegawai-pegawai Kanan Kerajaan (EDPSGO); Modul 'Islamic Governance: Application of Maqasid Syariah' dalam Program Pembangunan Eksekutif Pegawai Pengurusan Pertengahan (EDPMMO); dan Modul 'Nilai-nilai Murni melalui Melayu Islam Beraja' dalam Program Eksekutif Muda (YEP). Sepanjang tempoh 2022 - 2025, penyertaan bagi program-program tersebut adalah seramai 1,460 peserta.

Melalui pelaksanaan program-program ini, etika kerja Perkhidmatan Awam terus diperkukuhkan melalui penekanan terhadap prinsip amanah, integriti, akauntabiliti, keadilan dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Nilai-nilai ini menjadi panduan dalam membuat keputusan yang berhemah, berorientasikan kepentingan awam serta selaras dengan tanggungjawab sebagai penjawat awam.

Di samping itu, IPA juga menawarkan dan menjalankan kursus berkaitan Maqasid Syariah seperti Ramadhan Talk Series pada tahun ini yang membawa tajuk 'Maqasid Syariah Seiring Transformasi Perkhidmatan Awam' di mana program memuatkan ceramah yang disampaikan oleh pakar Maqasid Syariah dari KUPU SB dan forum bersama beberapa panelis termasuk dari Pejabat Wawasan, Jabatan Perdana Menteri yang turut menyokong akan kepentingan Maqasid Syariah sebagai landasan dasar dalam membentuk hala tuju pembangunan negara dan transformasi perkhidmatan awam. Jumlah peserta yang menghadiri ialah 177 bagi semua Bahagian I-V.
