Thank you, Yang Berhormat Yang Di-Pertua. Thanks also to Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Daud bin Jihan who has raised the issue regarding the status of the Observatory construction.

A provision of $1,898,800.00 has been approved for the Observatory Construction Project. Currently, the Survey Department is re-evaluating the design concept of the Observatory, taking into account current technical requirements as well as suitability and according to the priority of existing fund usage, so that this project can be realized more effectively.

Therefore, the project cannot proceed at this time.
