- In general, the Ministry of Development through the Public Works Department carries out assessments of infrastructure needs in rural areas to support improvements in the standard of living as well as the socio-economic development of the local community.
- For the information of Yang Berhormat, the long-term plan formulated to connect Kampung Menunggol is for the construction of a new bridge and road that can connect Pulau Berambang via Jalan Kasat. This proposed road and bridge construction will be applied for under the forthcoming Rancangan Kemajuan Negara.
- It should be emphasised that this is a strategic plan. This planning is to be proposed for allocation under the Rancangan Kemajuan Negara in the coming years.
