YANG BERHORMAT DAYANG CHONG CHIN YEE meminta MENTERI HAL EHWAL DALAM NEGERI menyatakan perancangan Kementerian untuk mengkaji semula dan mengemas kini Panduan Pekerjaan yang terdapat di laman sesawang bagi memastikan ia selaras dengan peraturan semasa. Ini memandangkan Perintah Pekerjaan (Upah Minimum) yang telah diperkenalkan pada tahun 2023.

YANG BERHORMAT MENTERI HAL EHWAL DALAM NEGERI​

JAWAPAN:

  1. Buku ‘Panduan Undang-Undang dan Peraturan-Peraturan Pekerjaan di Negara Brunei Darussalam’ yang dimaksudkan telah diterbitkan oleh Jabatan Buruh pada tahun 2014 dan mengandungi maklumat mengenai peraturan perburuhan termasuklah daripada Akta Pekerjaan, Penggal 278; Akta Pampasan Pekerja, Penggal 74; dan Perintah Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Di Tempat Kerja 2009.

  2. Selain daripada Panduan Pekerjaan ini, Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri melalui Jabatan Buruh secara aktif memberigakan maklumat-maklumat yang terkini melalui siaran akhbar dan juga infografik yang telah dikongsikan melalui media sosial rasmi Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri dan juga Jabatan Buruh dan juga semasa jerayawara atau roadshow serta taklimat-taklimat yang diadakan di keempat-empat daerah. Sebagai contoh, pelaksanaan Dasar Perlindungan Insurans Perubatan bagi Penduduk-Penduduk Tetap dan Pemegang Pas-Pas Imigresen, Pelaksanaan Upah Minimum bagi Fasa Pertama dan Kedua dan lain-lain lagi dasar atau peraturan baharu yang diperkenalkan oleh Jabatan Buruh.
