YANG BERHORMAT PENGIRAN HAJI ISA BIN PENGIRAN HAJI ALIUDDIN meminta MENTERI PEMBANGUNAN menyatakan adakah terdapat perancangan untuk mendigitalkan rekod hardcopy pemohon perumahan bagi memastikan keselamatan data pemohon? Ini bagi melindungi data peribadi pemohon perumahan dan memastikan ianya disimpan di kawasan selamat dan tidak boleh diakses orang ramai.

Pihak Jabatan sedang dalam proses untuk melaksanakan pendigitalan semua fail pemohon perumahan secara berfasa. Inisiatif pendigitalan fail ini adalah sebahagian daripada pelan tindakan pengurusan permohonan SPN, yang dirangka untuk diintegrasikan secara langsung dengan Sistem Perumahan Negara dalam talian. Usaha ini adalah komitmen berterusan Jabatan dalam memperkukuh keselamatan maklumat dan memodenkan pengurusan rekod.
