For information, Kompleks Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah is not under the control of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

However, the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department has appointed an operating company for the Jalan Bendahara Car Park Site Management and Operations Project and Year-Round Events in the Bandar Seri Begawan Town Centre area for two (2) years. This activity aims to encourage the public to come and enliven the Town Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan and support the economy of micro and small traders.

In addition, the Ministry of Home Affairs has also provided five (5) kiosks at the Bandar Seri Begawan Royal Wharf to diversify business activities within the Bandar Seri Begawan Town Centre area. It is believed that this effort can make the Town Centre area into an attraction package in this country.

At the same time, the Ministry of Home Affairs has also upgraded Gerai Tamu Selera by upgrading the infrastructure, lighting, and visitor seating facilities with the objective of creating a comfortable atmosphere.
