For information, Kompleks Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah is not under the control of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

However, the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department has appointed an operating company for the Projek Pengurusan dan Pengendalian Tapak Letak Kereta Jalan Bendahara dan Acara Sepanjang Tahun in the Bandar Seri Begawan Central Area for two (2) years. This activity aims to encourage the public to come and enliven the Town Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan and support the economy of micro and small traders.

In addition, the Ministry of Home Affairs has also provided five (5) kiosks at Dermaga Diraja Bandar Seri Begawan to diversify business activities within the Bandar Seri Begawan Central Area. It is believed that this effort can make the Central Area a package attraction in this country.

At the same time, the Ministry of Home Affairs has also upgraded Gerai Tamu Selera by upgrading the infrastructure, lighting, and visitor seating with the objective of creating a comfortable atmosphere.
