The Building Control and Construction Industry Authority, as the responsible authority, continuously regulates and monitors the progress of the construction industry by ensuring that all construction works carried out are safe in accordance with the Building Control Act (Chapter 256) and the Building Control Regulations.

ABCi will work together with the relevant agencies to ensure that the approval process remains relevant and will be updated if any changes or improvements are required. This information will subsequently be disseminated to the public through the Industry Technical Notes, which are available on ABCi’s website, social media and during briefing sessions held annually.
