NO.1 - MOTION OF APPRECIATION

To be proposed by Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Awang Haji Othman, P.S.S.U.B., D.P.M.B., P.H.B.S., P.B.L.I., P.J.K., P.K.L., Minister of Religious Affairs, Negara Brunei Darussalam.

"This council agrees to pass a motion to fully express deep appreciation to Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam for His Majesty's attendance at this council and for the royal decree of Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam, which the council wholeheartedly appreciates."

NO.2 - MOTION FOR RESOLUTION ON DEVELOPMENT FUND

To be proposed by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, P.S.N.B., S.P.M.B., Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II, Negara Brunei Darussalam.

"This council hereby resolves as required by Chapter 4(2) of the Development Fund Act (Chapter 136) that an expenditure amounting to $480,000,000.00 (Four Hundred Eighty Million Brunei Dollars) be authorized, allocated, and applied from the Development Fund for the purposes mentioned herein and specified in the Development Budget Estimates 2025/2026, presented as the Development Fund Resolution Motion."

NO.3 - MOTION FOR LIST OF EMERGENCY ORDERS APPROVED UNDER ARTICLE 83 (3) OF THE CONSTITUTION OF NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM 1959

To be proposed by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, D.P.K.T., S.M.B., P.H.B.S., Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Minister of Defense II.

"This council proposes the resolution according to Article 83(7) of the Constitution of Negara Brunei Darussalam 1959, that each order made under Article 83(3) of the Constitution of Negara Brunei Darussalam be submitted to this council and shall each take effect from the date of approval of the Orders."
